Reportedly, she married businessman Mukesh Agarwal in 1990, but he committed suicide seven months later. However, the actress was always hopeful that she would find love again. A report by Hindustan Times quoted an excerpt from the actress’ 2006 interview where she said, “I’m not in denial. If I find someone who’s willing to share me with my fans, I might change my mind.” Rekha’s dream of sharing a home with her man was simple.
