Gautami shared the news on social media with a series of pictures and a heartfelt tribute, reflecting on her beloved grandfather’s influence on her life. In the album, Gautami added Arvin Kane’s black and white picture in a suit. Then in the next frame, he can be seen enjoying a performance. The third frame showed him and Gautami practising their lines. In the last slide, he is seen happily posing for the camera. In an emotional post, Gautami praised her grandfather’s unmatched versatility and said that he played all roles in life well – a loving grandfather, strict father-in-law, an ideal husband to an exemplary son-in-law. She added that he breathed life into every character he played. “But grandpa, what can I tell you …. You have played all the roles so well! You preserved the uniqueness of each role … The story was so beautiful,” wrote Gautami Deshpande, talking about his life.

Gautami Deshpande also said that Arvin Kane had the ability to seamlessly transition from one character to another, highlighting his profound acting prowess. She urged her grandfather to find peace in the afterlife, acknowledging the burden he carried as an actor, who always strived for perfection. She concluded her post with a touching message, expressing her desire to keep Arvind Kane’s legacy alive. Inspired by the actor’s dedication and talent, Gautami vowed to carry forward the torch of his charisma and positivity in her own life.
