A total of 5 sections—English, including comprehension, legal reasoning, current events, including general knowledge, logical thinking, and quantitative techniques—will be covered in the test, which will take candidates 2 hours to complete.
Candidates must keep in mind that the curriculum and amount of questions for the CLAT PG 2024 remain the same. For both CLAT UG and PG, candidates will earn one mark for each correct answer and lose 0.25 marks for each incorrect response.
In order to be admitted to the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes provided by the 24 national law universities spread out across the nation, candidates must pass the CLAT entrance test at the national level.
There is no upper age limit for individuals applying for CLAT 2024. According to the stated eligibility requirements, candidates must have received at least 45 per cent in their class 12 or equivalent test in the General, OBC, or NRI categories and 40 per cent in the SC/ST categories.
