In a shocking incident, a scrap dealer was knocked out using a Jiu-Jitsu chokehold and robbed of Rs 3,200 by three men in West Delhi’s Hari Nagar area.
A purported CCTV footage of the incident that surfaced on social media shows three men talking to the scrap dealer.
Later, one of three men put him in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a rear naked choke technique that swiftly restricts oxygen and blood flow to the brain, typically taking only a few seconds to render an opponent unconscious.
While scrap dealer Sanjay (32) was unconscious, another accomplice took something, apparently money, from him and then the trio fled from the spot.
The footage also showed that the scrap dealer later regained consciousness, the police said.
