Vitamin E: A good source of antioxidants ad has anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to lock moisture and promote collagen production. It is one of the most potent nutrients for epidermis health. Almonds, peanuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds are all rich in Vitamin E.

Vitamin A: It is a good source of antioxidants and fights free radicals. Vitamin A decreases inflammation, promotes new skin cell growth and protects skin from damage. Vitamin A-rich food includes carrots, pumpkin, mangoes, and dark green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin C: It is loaded with antioxidants which help in neutralising free radicals in the body. It helps to rejuvenate skin. Lemon, orange, amla, bell peppers, and guava are good sources of Vitamin C.

Zinc: It is important for skin health. Due to its deficiency, our pores easily get red. It is much better than taking antibiotics. Zinc helps in protecting skin from UV radiation. You can include mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, and cashews in your diet.
