The State Selection Board (SSB), Odisha has notified the recruitment for the post of lecturers in the non-government aided colleges in the state at www.ssbodisha.nic.in. The application for the same will be accepted online till April 21. Interested and eligible candidates should submit their applications before the stipulated date.
According to the official notification, the recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 972 vacancies of lecturers for various subjects.

The payscale is between Rs 44,900 to Rs 14,2,400
Odisha SSB lecturer recruitment 2021: Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification: Applicants must have completed a master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55 per cent from any recognised university. Applicants must have fluent knowledge of the Odia language and also have passed at least an examination in Odia equivalent to M.E. School standard.
Age limit: Candidates should have completed 21 years and must not exceed 42 years as of January 1, 2021. The upper age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per the state government norms.

Step 1. Search for the homepage of SSB, Odisha at ssbodisha.ac.in on any of the internet browser
Step 2. Click on the link for ‘ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR THE POST OF LECTURERS IN NON-GOVERNMENT AIDED COLLEGES OF ODISHA’ under ‘News & Events’ section
Step 3. You will be redirected to a new page. Click on the application link and sign up
Step 4. Fill in the details to register yourself and save user id and password
Step 5. Save the registration details and complete the application form
Step 6. Make a payment of application form and download a copy of it
To be eligible for these posts, candidates will have to clear a written test followed by a viva-voice. They will also be assessed based on their career. Career assessment has 25 per cent weightage of which 10 per cent is given to MPhil and NET qualifiers and 25 per cent to PhD holders. The written test will be objective type and will have 150 marks. The viva-voice be held for 25 marks. Candidates will be marked against 200 marks.
