Legendary English footballer David Beckham reflected upon many new topics in his new Netflix documentary. From opening up about the 1998 World Cup red card moment to getting completely candid, the documentary saw a new side of the English footballer. One such candid moment was where Victoria Beckham attempted to claim that she grew up working class. However, it did not go down too well with husband David.

While speaking on the camera during the first of four episodes of the series, Victoria sits on a couch and recalls the first few years of her relationship and reveals what first attracted her to her now husband.
However, it seems like it was not just Victoria’s interview as David was lurking behind the camera and came out in front on listening to her wife’s ‘working class’ story. The former England captain pops his head through a door and says, “Be honest.” To this, Victoria says, “I am being honest!”
“Be honest – what car did your dad drive you to school in?” David says with his head still poking through the door. On being pushed by her husband, she finally admits, “In the eighties my dad had a Rolls Royce.”

In the documentary, the couple looks back on many moments. The iconic couple celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary this year. They met at a football match in 1997 and wed two years later. BECKHAM is a four-part Netflix series.
