Chennai: Actor-turned-politician Khushboo Sundar quit the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam on Monday.
The actress who has had a career in Tamil and Hindi cinema said her decision to quit Karunanidhi's party was following the dissatisfaction amongst her colleagues regarding her work.
Khushboo had joined the party back in April 2010. She had also attended the party thrown by party chief celebrating his 91st birthday.
She was the party's star campaigner during the Lok Sabha elections.
