173. Bhim is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of Rajsamand Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Bhim falls in Rajsamand district and South region of Rajasthan. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,07,900 voters in the seat, which includes 1,06,340 male voters, and 1,01,560 female voters. In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Bhim recorded a voter turnout of 66.75%. In 2013 the turnout was 70.11%, and in 2008 it was 64%.
In 2013, Hari Singh Rawat (Panna Singh) of BJP won the seat by a margin of 18,451 votes (14.37%). Hari Singh Rawat (Panna Singh) secured 48.7% of the total votes polled.
BJP won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 730 votes (0.72%), registering 37.8% of the total votes polled.
