Bigg Boss 18: Kanwar Dhillon Bashes Manu Punjabi For Mocking Alice Kaushik’s Panic Attack

While many people sympathised with Alice Kaushik, ex-Bigg Boss contestant Manu Punjabi criticised her for the panic attack. Kanwar Dhillon reacted to it, schooling him about the need for mental health awareness.

Alice Kaushik has emerged as a popular contestant on Bigg Boss 18 and boasts a massive fan base. But her major support system is surely her boyfriend and former co-star Kanwar Dhillon. Recently, Alice was seen breaking down into tears when his close friend in the show, Avinash Mishra, was temporarily evicted. This eventually led to a panic attack, and she was helped by other contestants. While many people sympathised with her, ex-Bigg Boss contestant Manu Punjabi harshly criticised her for the panic attack. Kanwar Dhillon reacted to the same, schooling him about the need for mental health awareness.

In an Instagram story, Kanwar Dhillon shared the Youtuber’s remarks and wrote, “Making fun of Alice Kaushik for having a panic attack on Bigg Boss 18 is cool? You should be ashamed of making this a joke!” He also emphasised that panic attacks and anxiety are severe illnesses that should not be overlooked. Kanwar advised Manu to educate himself on mental health. Kanwar added that panic and anxiety attacks should not be taken lightly or mocked in the name of content.

Furthermore, Kanwar claimed that Manu Punjabi deleted his comment on the reel about Alice Kaushik. He wrote, “Mera comment delete karne se ye sach nahi badlega ki teri baatein, sock aur content sab kuch (shit emoji) hai…grow up and be responsible dude. U need to apologise to Alice Kaushik for teh shit reel and nonsense u spoke against her. And everyone who goes through this! In the meanwhile enjoy ‘Lime & Light’ with all the desperate attention you live for.” Manu Punjabi is famous for his episodic reviews on Bigg Boss.

Earlier, Alice Kaushik was seen talking about Kanwar Dhillon on the show. She was sitting with Karan Veer Mehra and Eisha Singh when she shared details about her personal life. She noted, “I’m the first girlfriend jisko usne ghar pe introduce kiya. He approached me only, ‘I want to marry you’. It wasn’t like ki I like you, I love you, no, seedha I want to marry you. He knows I’m a no-nonsense person (I’m the first girlfriend whom he introduced to the house).” Alice and Kanwar met on the sets of Pandya Store and eventually started dating each other.
