Air India has teamed up with KidZania to launch the Air India Aviation Academy at KidZania’s centers in Noida and Mumbai.
This new initiative is all about getting kids excited about aviation through fun and realistic role-playing activities.
What’s It About?
The Air India Aviation Academy lets children step into the shoes of pilots and cabin crew. They can experience what it’s like to fly a plane and work onboard, complete with Air India’s latest branding and colors. It’s designed to be an engaging and educational adventure that sparks kids’ curiosity about the aviation world.
Kids will take on real-life aviation tasks, helping them understand what it’s like to work in the aviation industry. This interactive setup not only teaches about flying but also helps develop important skills like teamwork, safety awareness, and problem-solving.
Sunil Suresh, Air India’s Head of Marketing, shared, “The Air India Aviation Academy at KidZania’s Noida and Mumbai theme parks will provide young enthusiasts with hands-on training in aviation skills, fostering an understanding of the industry and the importance of safety and teamwork.”
Extra Perks For Frequent Flyers
Air India’s Flying Returns members will earn seven points for every Rs 100 spent on tickets to the Academy. It’s a fun way to rack up rewards while giving kids a unique learning experience.
At KidZania theme parks, additional features include a selfie point with the Air India aircraft, a section on Air India’s history, quizzes, and insights into the airline’s new fleet and destinations. There will also be a live flight tracker display at the entrance, showcasing real-time information on flights around the world.
This initiative is the first of its kind in India, showcasing Air India’s dedication to nurturing future talent and KidZania’s commitment to immersive educational experiences. It aims to instill values of responsibility, solidarity, sensitivity, harmony, courage, self-confidence, and professional ethics among children.
