Ford Celebrates Mustang’s 60th with Limited Edition Brittany Blue Package
This edition is available only in Fastback and Convertible body styles, featuring a serialized instrument panel badge and unique 60th-anniversary badging on the sides and trunk lid.

Celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Mustang, Ford has unveiled a limited edition package that pays homage to the 1967 colour scheme with its signature Brittany Blue tint.

In April, the veil was lifted to commemorate the pony car’s significant achievement.

At first, it was limited to Race Red, Vapour Blue and Wimbledon White.

Only 1,965 vehicles will be manufactured, paying homage to the model year.

Customers could make reservations for the colour between August 16 and August 19 on Ford’s website.

Email notifications must be sent out by August 21. After receiving an allocation, you have seven days to select a dealer.

That indicates that the deadline for selecting a dealer is tomorrow, August 27.

Only the Fastback and Convertible body types are offered for this model, which also has a serialised instrument panel badge and unique 60th-anniversary badging on the sides and trunk lid.

The Mustang 60th Anniversary Package has distinctive 20-inch Dark Gravity Grey alloys on the outside, along with a contemporary grille that pays homage to the 1964 model.

You may choose between Iconic Silver or Vermillion Red for the side graphics of the automobile, which are reminiscent of the original rocker panel stripes.

According to Hindustan Times, this package comes with Brembo brakes, an Active-Valve Performance Exhaust, a 3.55 limited-slip rear axle, and the 401A package, among other high-performance features. It is only available on the Fastback body type with a 10-speed automatic gearbox.

The inside of the vehicle has a 12-speaker B&O sound system and Space Grey leatherette.

Ford has revealed that it has given the vehicle an additional option for a digital instrument cluster. This has ice blue dials at night and white dials during the day, drawing influence from the 1999–2001 Mustang SVT Cobra. All 2024 Mustang owners with enabled Automatic Software Updates will be able to download the upgrade starting on August 17, 2024.

The Mustang’s 5.0-liter V8 engine, used in the most expensive models, produces 562 Nm of torque and 480 horsepower.

The V8 may be paired with a six-speed manual or a ten-speed automatic transmission.

Ford installed a dual-screen display inside, which contains the 13.2-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and the 12.4-inch instrument cluster.

Moreover, lane-keeping assistance and adaptive cruise control are included in the 2025 Mustang.

The cost of the Brittany Blue 2025 Mustang 60th Anniversary Package is $65,245 (Rs 54.65 lakh).
