New Delhi: Navi Mumbai witnessed a record land deal on Friday with a 4,100 square meter plot raking in a whopping Rs 84 crore.
That works out to a little over Rs 2 lakh per square metre, reports CNBC-TV18.
Yash Accounting & E-services Private Limited emerged the highest bidder in the auction announced by the City Industrial Development Corporation or CIDCO.
This price is 110 per cent higher than the land deal struck in March this year.
But,the buildable area or FSI permitted on this plot of land is double that of the last auction.
