Delhi Capitals have been dealt with a big blow as they are very likely to be missing out on the services of the all-rounder Mitchell Marsh from Australia as he remains in the country to recover from his partial hamstring tear.
Reports by ESPNCricinfo have stated that the all-rounder will not return to the IPL 2024 as he looks to recover from his injury and get ready to represent Australia for the T20 World Cup 2024 coming up in June.
The all-rounder last played for DC in their home game against the Kolkata Knight Riders where Rishabh Pant’s side suffered a thumping defeat by 106 runs. Marsh was dismissed for a duck as he had a pretty average outing in the IPL this season having not scored 30+ runs in an innings this edition. The top-order batter is yet to be officially ruled out with official confirmation from the IPL yet to arrive.
