Indian Players Enjoy Wildlife Tour In Harare Ahead Of Third T20I Against Zimbabwe, Pictures Go Viral
BCCI took to X on Tuesday to share pictures of the wildlife tour organised by the board along with Zimbabwe Cricket and Zimbabwe Tourism.

The Indian men’s cricket team is in Zimbabwe these days to take part in a five-match T20I series against the hosts. The Shubman Gill-led side suffered a shocking defeat by 13 runs in the series opener played at Harare Sports Club on Saturday (July 6), but it staged a superb comeback in the second match and won it by 100 runs on Sunday (July 7).

The third T20I is scheduled to take place at the same venue on Wednesday (July 10). Ahead of the third T20I, Indian players and their family members decided to take a wildlife tour in Harare on Monday (July 8). The BCCI took to X to share pictures of the tour and captioned it, “The BCCI, along with Zimbabwe Cricket and Zimbabwe Tourism, had organised a Wild Life Tour for the Indian Cricket Team & their families in Harare.”

Indian players also shared pictures and videos from their official X and Instagram handles, and they are now going viral on the internet.

Star all-rounder Shivam Dube, who was part of the Indian team that won the T20 World Cup 2024 title in Barbados last month, can also be seen posing for pictures with other Indian players and their family members.

3 T20 World Cup winners are available for selection

For the last three T20Is against Zimbabwe, the Indian team was boosted by the addition of three members of the T20 World Cup 2024 winning side. Apart from Dube, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson will be available for selection in the last three T20Is, which are set to be played on July 10, 13, and 14.

After not getting a chance to play in any of the eight T20 World Cup matches for India in the USA and West Indies, Jaiswal and Samson will be eager to come up with a big show in the last three matches. For the third T20I, Samson is most likely to replace Dhruv Jurel in the XI and play as wicketkeeper-batter. On the other hand, Jaiswal will come in for Sai Sudharsan, who was only available for the first two matches. However, it will be interesting to see Jaiswal’s batting position.
