Suryakumar Yadav Reveals His ‘Most Important Catch’ And It Is Not From T20 World Cup Final
Suryakumar Yadav revealed his most important catch and it is not the one that helped India win the T20 World Cup 2024.

Suryakumar Yadav recently revealed his “most important catch” but it was not his game-changing one in the T20 World Cup final against South Africa. Surya and his wife Devisha Shetty celebrated their wedding anniversary on Monday, July 8.

The couple marked the special occasion by cutting a T20 World Cup-themed cake. Glimpses of the celebration were shared on Instagram by the Indian batter. In the caption of the post, Surya wrote, “Yesterday marked 8 days since THAT catch but my most important catch was actually 8 years ago! 8 years ago, infinity years to go,” Suryakumar Yadav wrote on Instagram.

He and Devisha Shetty tied the knot in July 2016 after dating each other for a few years.

The post was accompanied by some pictures from their anniversary celebration. Devisha Shetty slipped into a red dress while Suryakumar Yadav rocked a printed, yellow shirt and black trousers on the special day. In one picture, the couple was captured posing together at a poolside. In another frame, Devisha was seen feeding Surya a piece of the cake.

The post grabbed the eyeballs of many fans, who wished Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha Shetty a “happy marriage anniversary.” One of them felt Surya deserves an award for the innovative caption. “And the best catch and the loveliest caption award goes to you,” commented the Instagram user. According to another person, Surya impressed his wife with the caption just like he won the hearts of Indian fans by taking the spectacular catch in the T20 World Cup final against South Africa.
