Many inspiring success stories are coming to light, ever since the release of Uttar Pradesh Board Exam results on April 20. As the names of the toppers have been released, one name which brought forth Varanasi to the limelight is Anuj Kumar Mishra. He topped the district with his exemplary results in Class 12. Anuj Kumar Mishra is a resident of Khalispur village in the Pindra Tehsil of Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh. It is about 32 kilometres away from Varanasi city. He is the city topper from Varanasi who scored 96.80 percent in Class 12th. He obtained 484 marks out of 500. He is a student of Sant Narayan Baba Public Inter College, Khalispur in Varanasi.
In an interview, he revealed that before his exams, he used to study for about 12 to 14 hours, which included coaching and self-study time. As the exam dates neared, he used to study the whole night. During the exams, he began to study for 14 to 16 hours a day. His father and mother offered him complete support in his studies. He shared that he aspires to become an IAS Officer and serve the country.
It is interesting to note that Anuj’s father, Sushil Kumar Mishra is a teacher in Sant Narayan Baba Public Inter College. His mother is also a teacher. After the success of their son, the family is rejoicing as people are congratulating them. Apart from this, the school teachers also reached Anuj Kumar Mishra’s house and wished him the best in his endeavours.
Farmer’s son Shubham Verma has topped the UP Board Class 12 exam by securing 97.80 percent. He obtained 489 out of 500. He secured 99 marks in Mathematics, 98 in Hindi and English, and 97 in Chemistry and Physics respectively. He wishes to pursue his graduation from Prayagraj and aspires to become an IAS officer. In the second position are Vishu Chaudhary, Kajal Singh, Raj Verma, Kashish Maurya, Charlie Gupta and Sujata Pandey.
