The JKSSB Exam Calendar 2024 has been issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board for different jobs such as Sub Inspector, Inspector, Patwari, and Deputy Inspector/Equivalent. The exam schedule is available on the Board’s official website, jkssb.nic.in, for candidates who are interested in the recruitment for the aforementioned positions. The test dates for the Sub Inspector and Deputy Inspector/Equivalent posts are March 10, 2024, and March 3, 2024, respectively, according to the timetable.The written test for the Patwari role is set for March 31, 2024, while the post-examination for Inspectors is set for March 17.
JKSSB Exam Calendar 2024: How to check
Step 1: Navigate to jkssb.nic.in, the official website.
Step 2: Go to the What’s New section on the main page.
Step 3: Click on the “Advance Notice for the Conduct of Written Examination for the various posts.”
Step 4: A PDF will be shown on the screen. Review the exam dates for the various positions.
Step 5: Download the timetable PDF file and print it off for future use.
“It is hereby notified for the information of candidates that J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is scheduled to conduct the written test for the various posts whose details are given in Annexure “A” to this notice, tentatively on the dates mentioned against each,” states the official announcement.
The specific dates for downloading JKSSB admit cards, as well as the related timetable, will be provided independently in due course. This acts as an early notification for the benefit of the applicants involved.
Meanwhile, under Advt. No. 02 of 2023, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is presently seeking online applications from qualified individuals for the position of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department. Candidates can apply for the positions by visiting the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board’s official website at ssbjk.org.in. The deadline for applications is January 14, 2024. The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board intends to fill 201 positions in the department.
Concerning the test format, it will consist of objective-based multiple-choice questions. The questions will be set in English exclusively. It should be emphasised that the recruitment exam will have a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer marked.
