The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE), Pune released the result of the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Scheme on February 7, 2024. Students who appeared in the NMMS scheme exam 2023 can check and download their results at mscepune.in and nmmsmsce.in. In addition to the results, the Council has made available the NMMS merit list for Maharashtra, which provides a comprehensive overview of the successful candidates.
The Maharashtra NMMS is a national scholarship exam specially designed for economically weaker (EWS) categories, in which students who clear the test are provided Rs 12,000 annually. The NMMS 2023 exam that was conducted for Class 8 was held on December 24, 2023. It is recommended that candidates visit the portals and use their login credentials to view the Maharashtra NMMS result 2023, which can be accessed as a PDF merit list.
Maharashtra NMMS Result 2023: Steps To Download
Step 1: Go to the official website at mscepune.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the NMMS (2023-24) tab. Then click on the ‘Result’ section.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen. After which enter your roll number and mother’s name, and click on submit.
Step 4: The Maharashtra NMMS Result 2023 will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Check and download the result.

Candidates can correct spelling errors in the student’s name, father’s name, surname, mother’s name, date of birth, case, Aadhaar Card, and other details by February 16, 2024. The online applications have been made available via the respective school login.
Furthermore, the amendments or applications received after the prescribed deadline will not be considered if they are sent by any means other than online applications, such as post, face, or email. After considering all of the amendments, the Council’s shortlist for the scholarship will be announced on its website as soon as possible.
Candidates should check their results by cross-referencing their seat numbers with those listed in the merit list PDF. The council ensures transparency by releasing both the NMMS results and the merit list, allowing candidates to access their performance and apply for scholarships under this important scheme.
The Council has extended the opportunity for candidates to file objections if they discover any discrepancies. The option to submit objections is available through the respective school login portals until February 16, 2024. To pass the exam, candidates must score at least 40 per cent in both subjects.
