MP Board Result 2024 Date: Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) is expected to release the date and time of classes 10th and 12th results 2024 soon. As per media reports, the results are likely to be released after April 20. However, this board has yet to announce anything officially.
The MP Board Class 10th exam was held from February 5 to February 28 this year. Whereas the class 12th board examination was held from February 6 to March 5. About 16 lakh candidates appeared in the examination. More than 9 lakh students have taken the Madhya Pradesh Board 10th examination this year. About 6 lakh students had appeared in the 12th examination. This year, 7,501 examination centres were set up across the state.
The evaluation process for the 10th and 12th examinations started on February 22. Around 25,000 teachers were put on duty for the MP Board evaluation process, Board Secretary MD Tripathi had said earlier.

Students who have appeared for this examination can check their results by visiting the official websites, mpresults.nic.in and mpbse.nic.in, once out. Students will be able to check the result using the roll number and application number mentioned on the admit card. Last year, class 10th and 12th results were released on May 25.
MP Board 10th, 12th Result 2024: Passing Marks
As per the exam pattern, while 80 marks are allotted for a theory paper, the rest 20 are for practicals. Candidates need to score a minimum of 33 per cent separately in theory and practical exams to be declared passed. The passing mark for the theory paper of the MP Board is 25 whereas, in practicals, it is 8.

MP Board Result 2024: Re-evaluation/Compartment Exam
Students who are not happy with their results will get an opportunity to appear for the MP Board compartment exam. Candidates will also be able to apply for scrutiny. However, students who fail in more than two subjects will have to appear in the MP Board exam again next year. While applying for the result scrutiny process, the prescribed fee will also have to be paid.
MP Board Result 2024: What Happened Last Year?
Last year, MPBSE announced the class 12 results on May 25, 2023, at 12:30 PM. The pass percentage of MP Board class 12th declined to 55.28 per cent last year compared to 2022 when 72 per cent of the students had cleared the exams. In class 12th 2,79,257 candidates have secured first division, 121507 candidates have secured second division and 602 candidates have secured third division.
In the case of class 10 results, a total of 8,20,014 students had registered for the MP board Class 10 exams, out of which 8,15,364 students appeared for the exam and 5,15,955 successfully passed it. The pass percentage stood at 63.29 per cent. In 2022, the pass percentage was 59.54 per cent.
Last year, class 5th and 8th results were released on May 15. The pass percentage for class 10th was 63.2 per cent and for class 12th it was 55.28 per cent. The Madhya Pradesh Board classes 5 and 8 results soon are also expected to be announced soon. Once out, the MPBSE students can check their scores from the official website of the board, rskmp.in.
