The University of Mumbai has started the application process for university faculty posts 2024. Interested candidates can now apply online at muappointment.mu.ac.in, the official website of Mumbai University. Candidates are required to apply for the recruitment process by August 7, 2024.
This year, this recruitment campaign aims to fill up 152 posts in the institution. Candidates who are currently employed must obtain an NOC from their current organization. The official notice also declared that the candidates who applied for the position of Dean of Faculty following the 22nd September, 2023, advertisement No. AAQA/ICD/2023-24/853, are also eligible to reapply. Mumbai University Recruitment 2024: Application Process
The completed application form must be sent in three copies to the University of Mumbai’s Registrar in Room No. 25, Fort, Mumbai 40003. The University will only review applications that are submitted online and include printable copies of the applications together with the necessary paperwork. Along with all application copies, the candidate must also provide their personal information.
According to the official announcement “The completed application in all respects shall be submitted in a cloth lined envelope, writing at the centre of the envelope the Employment Notice No.; Name of the Post; Post Advt. No. Subject/Department, Specialisation (if any) and Category to the “The Registrar, University of Mumbai (M.S.), India” on or before 7th August 2024 up to 5.00 p.m.”
Mumbai University Recruitment 2024: Application Fees
It is recommended that candidates apply with self-attested copies of their proof of experience, education, and application fee. For candidates under the general category, the application cost is Rs. 500, for those in the reserved category, it is Rs. 250.
