WB Police Lady Constable Exam Schedule Announced at wbpolice.gov.in, How to Check

The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has released a notification regarding the examination schedule for the recruitment to the post of Lady Constables West Bengal Police 2023 on December 29. As per the announcement, the final written exam for the recruitment drive is scheduled to be conducted on January 21. Candidates, who have applied for the Lady Constable posts, can access the notification featuring the exam timetable from the official website of West Bengal Police– wbpolice.gov.in.

The admit card for the examination will be released on January 10. Applicants will be able to download their hall tickets from the official website. They will need to enter the application number and date of birth to procure their admit cards.

The WBPRB aims to fill a total of 1420 vacancies for the Lady Constable post through this recruitment drive. The annual salary of a Lady Constable under West Bengal Police ranges from 3.6 LPA to 4.2 LPA. They are also offered some other allowances including Medical Insurance, Dearness Allowance (DA), Traveling Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Grant for education till graduation.

Step 1: Visit the official site of West Bengal Police– wbpolice.gov.in.

Step 1: Go to the ‘Recruitment’ tab available on the homepage.

Step 1: Find the link that reads ‘Lady Constables in West Bengal Police 2023 PMT/ PET Admit Card’.

Step 1: Key in the application number and date of birth in the designated columns.

Step 1: Download the admit card and take a printout of the same for future reference.

To qualify for the final written examination, candidates had to clear the Preliminary Written Test, which served as a screening test. It was followed by two more steps– the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which are mandatory for any post in West Bengal Police.

The Preliminary Written Exam for the Lady Constable post took place earlier on September 10. Those, who will pass the final written exam, will need to overcome a personal interview round to secure the WB Police Lady Constable job.
