Jennifer Aniston, the acclaimed 55-year-old actress renowned for her roles in The Morning Show, F.R.I.E.N.D.S and more, recently offered a peek into her morning workout routine on Instagram. In a video shared on Monday, Aniston is captured diligently training with her trainer Dani Coleman. The footage showcases Aniston’s unwavering dedication to her fitness regimen, featuring intense exercises such as mountain climbers and balancing routines. Aniston’s commitment to her fitness journey shines through in her caption, where she empathises with those encountering similar challenges, urging them to persevere.

Despite moments of struggle, including a fall during push-ups, Aniston remains motivated, saying, “If you’re having one of THOSE Mondays, I FEEL YOU. Just gotta do it!!”

Her trainer, Coleman, also praised Aniston’s work ethic in the comments, calling her the “hardest working human” while also applauding her sense of humour.

In a previous interview with People, Aniston and Coleman discussed the actress’ fitness journey, highlighting her newfound strength and resilience. Following a back injury in 2021, Aniston reevaluated her approach to exercise, focusing on being kinder to her body.

“Our minds used to think, we have to hurt; no pain, no gain…With this, you can start gentle,” Aniston shared during the interview.

Aniston’s fitness routine now prioritises gentle, effective workouts over the no pain, no gain mentality. Coleman also talked about the importance of efficiency, designing workouts that target each muscle group while also incorporating core work.

“Jen loves a challenge,” Coleman added while talking to People, noting that when Aniston isn’t travelling, they’ll train together up to three times a week.

In addition to her workouts, Aniston maintains a balanced diet, focusing on nutrient-rich foods and minimal processed sugar.

The F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ star approach to health and fitness serves as a reminder that achieving a fit and healthy body is attainable through simple, sustainable choices. As her nutritionist, Mandy Ingber, emphasises, a wholesome diet with low sugar and minimal processed food is key to supporting fitness goals and overall well-being.

“A healthy fit body, like Jennifer Aniston’s, or even like mine, is based on healthy choices which are absolutely attainable,” Mandy told Cosmopolitan in an interview.
