Since it involves processes like Cosmetic Iris Implants, Laser Pigment Removal and Keratopigmentation, people undergoing this surgery may have to deal with “glaucoma, corneal damage and even permanent vision impairment.”

At the second spot are thigh lifts which are done to define to thighs and come with a 78% complication rate. As per the research, opting for this procedure is exposing yourself to “blood clots, infection and altered or damaged skin sensation.”

Brazilian Butt Lift ranks third on the list of dangerous cosmetic surgeries. Often chosen by many, this surgery allows the fat droplets to enter the bloodstream causing serious blockages and organ failure.
