Open Settings. Swipe down from the top of your screen to access the quick panel, and tap the gear icon to open Settings. You'll also be able to find the gear app icon in your app drawer.
Tap Accounts. If you have a work profile, it will be listed under "Work".
Tap the work profile to launch it. Once you've accessed the work profile, all the apps with the briefcase icon on them will be available for you to use.
