Reach the maximum level. You cannot start the quest to reach Pandaria until level 85. If you're desperate to get there earlier, you can ask a warlock or mage for a portal at any level.
Enter Stormwind to start The King's Command quest. Once you are level 85 and have the Mists of Pandaria expansion, you'll get the King's Command quest as soon as you enter Stormwind. If your quest log is full, remove a quest and talk to King Varian Wrynn in Stormwind Keep, or check one of the Hero's Call Boards in the city.
Talk to Rell Nightwind to accept The Mission. After the cutscene, your character will be standing in front of Rell Nightwind. Speak with Rell to accept the next quest: The Mission.
Fly to the Skyfire north of the Stormwind harbor. The massive flying gunship called the Skyfire hovers in the air north of the docks. Fly up to the gunship on a flying mount, or ask someone with a two-person mount for a ride.
Talk to Sky Admiral Rogers. Another cutscene will start, and you will begin the journey to Pandaria.
Continue finishing quests until you've completed The Right Tool for The Job. Once you complete this last quest, you'll have unlocked the portal to Pandaria.
Go to the Wizard's Sanctum. It's the big tower in the central-southern area of Mage Quarter in Stormwind City.
Climb the tower. Once you reach the top, you'll be in the portal room.
Find the Jade Forest portal. It'll be to your right. When you hover the mouse cursor over the portal, it'll say "Portal to Jade Forest."
Enter the portal. This portal will take you to Paw'don Village, which is located in Pandaria.
