This wikiHow teaches you how to remove the lines that surround cells in a spreadsheet using Excel for iOS.
Open Microsoft Excel on your iPhone or iPad. It's the green icon with an open workbook that has a letter “X” on the cover. You'll usually find it on the home screen.
Tap the file you want to edit.
Tap the “A” with a pencil. It's in the green toolbar at the top of the screen. A menu will expand at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the arrows next to “Home.” It's at the top-left corner of the menu that expanded.
Tap View. It's at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Slide the “Gridlines” switch to iPhone Switch Off Icon. Tapping the switch turns it white, which removes all of the lines that separate cells.
