New Delhi: R K Chandolia, A Raja's Private Secretary, and former TRAI chairman Pradeep Baijal have told CNN -IBN that they have not been approached by any investigative agency in the 2G spectrum scam.
"If anybody asks me anything, I will tell them the truth, whatever I know," said Chandolia.
He also denied the reports that the documents were deposited in his office. "(The reports are) completely ridiculous," he said.
On the allegation that he had privileged Swan telecom company, he said: "If that was the case, wouldn't they (Swan) have been first in all circles? I have nothing to do with policy making, I only did the job of a PS."
Chandolia also denied getting any "out of turn promotion".
In another development, former TRAI chairman Pradeep Baijal, who is among the many bureaucrats named in the multi-core 2G scam, also said no investigative agency has approached him.
"I did advise Tata Telly on spectrum issues, I am their advisor and consultant. I have nothing to hide," he said.
He also said the high-profile lobbyist Nira Radia, whose name figured in the phone tapping controversy, is her partner.
"I am aware of everything but no investigative agency has approached me till this date," Baijal said.
