Advocates file objections

BANGALORE: The two city-based advocate Sirajin Basha and Balaraj, filled their objections in the High Court on Thursday based on whose complaints the Governor H R Bharadwaj had accorded sanction to prosecute the chief minister under PC Act.The court had directed them to file objections on making state or any other person as a party in the petition filed by Yeddyurappa challenging the sanctioned order of the Governor. The advocates state in their objection there is no cause of action with regard to making the state a party in the petition challenging the accord of sanction by the Governor.
