New Delhi: Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai have been at the heart of tabloid frenzy in the last few months amid speculation that the two are likely to or have already tied the knot.
The latest addition to the existing quota of denials and clarifications was by Samajwadi Party leader and long-time friend of the Bachchan family Amar Singh.
He claimed there was nothing to hide about the marriage and people will become aware of it when it is solemnised.
"Nobody has the right to intrude into someone's private life. The Bachchans are a part of my family and Abhishek is like my son," PTI quoted Singh as saying. "There is nothing to hide about Abhishek's marriage and you will become aware of it when it takes place," he added.
"It is not the people who are interested in the Bachchans. They are sale-able stock that is why you are after them," he alleged.
