BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had to cancel his visit to Ganjam district on Tuesday as the helicopter carrying him returned mid-way due to bad weather.The visibility was very poor and the Chief Minister’s programme in Ganjam district was cancelled, the Chief Minister’s Office said.The helicopter, which took off from Biju Patnaik Airport here at 9.45 am was scheduled to land at SA Bidyapeetha at Buguda at 10.20 am, official sources said. However, due to inclement weather the chopper could not proceed and it had to be back here at 10.25 am after flying for 40 minutes.
