BBM student robbed of gold chain, cash

BANGALORE: Three miscreants robbed a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) student of his gold ornaments and cash on Tuesday night.According to the police, unknown miscreants came in a car and asked the victim, Subin Raj Bareli, about his friend Naveen.When the victim replied that the latter had gone out, the miscreants told Bareli that Naveen had borrowed Rs 2 lakh from someone a year ago and asked him to settle the amount.When Bareli said he did not know about the incident, they allegedly robbed him of his gold chain and cash Rs 1,000 in cash and sped away.Later, Bareli filed a robbery case in Madiwala police station, who are investigating the case.
