The truck was coming from Haryana and was carrying sand.
New Delhi: A traffic constable was kidnapped and driven around in a truck for more than 100 kilometers in the national capital on Wednesday night.
The constable had climbed on to a stationary truck to check if it was carrying anything illegal.
This was followed by a high speed chase where a dozen odd PCR vans fired shots at the truck to bring it to halt. The truck was finally overtaken by police and the driver was arrested.
