The control room and the helpline '1077' was set couple of days ago, however citizens have complained that the number could not be connected through mobile phones.
Meanwhile, the administration has said the connection could only be established through landline phones and due to some technical problem the mobile phones could not be connected to it.
The problem will be fixed soon, Control Room in-charge and District Development Officer Avdhesh Kumar, said.
