Jayalalithaa conviction in the disproportionate assets case has disqualified her from contesting in the elections for the next ten years and she has also lost MLA post.
Chennai: The DMK MLA J Anbazhagan has asked the Tamil Nadu assembly secretary to notify of the Srirangam constituency vacancy, the seat of former chief minister J Jayalalithaa or prepare for legal proceedings.
In a letter, Anbazhagan also raised objection to Jayalalithaa's portraits in government offices.
