HYDERABAD: The Jain Heritage a Cambridge school, Kondapur organised an inter-school literary competition ‘Lingua Extravaganza’ in the city on Tuesday. About 80 students from eight schools in the twin cities participated in two categories of events which were Newspaper Design 2020 (for classes VI and VII) and Paper Presentation (for classes VIII to XI).Under the newspaper design category, students were allowed to chose one out the four topics which were: Education in 2020, Politics in 2020, Economics in 2020 and Entertainment in 2020. And, for paper presentation, students either had to choose the topic ‘education sector in 2020’ or ‘entrepreneurship in 2020’.Delhi Public School, Diamond Point bagged the first place in both categories and were given Rs 10,000 cash prize. The chief guest for the event was Vamsi Krishna, director of VIBHA seeds.
