Vijayawada: In a shocking incident, a newborn baby allegedly died of ant bites at Vijayawada government hospital on Monday.
Her mother said that she woke up in the morning and found her son dead. She claimed that her son’s body bore symptoms of ant bites all over.
The hospital authorities, however, rubbished the allegations made by the mother. They claimed that the baby was premature and died due to health issues.
Meanwhile, the state government has ordered an enquiry into the incident.
