New Delhi: As Prime Minister Manmohan Singh unveiled UPA’s three-year-report card, IBNLive.com readers also ranked the Government and the leadership on various parameters.

In a web poll that ran for over a week, readers were asked to rate Manmohan Singh as Prime Minister.

While 19 per cent readers gave him an 'excellent', 22 per cent said Manmohan had been ‘good’ as the country.

Twenty per cent felt Manmohan Singh was an ‘average’ PM but an overwhelming 39 per cent ranked him ‘poor’.

The UPA Government completed three years at the Centre on Tuesday but rising inflation and an agrarian crisis seem to have put a dampener on any plans for a celebration.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on behalf of the UPA Government presented a report to the people of India at a function in the Capital, saying it was time to go back to the common man.
