The father of victim has now claimed that the Alwar police did not take note of their earlier complaints
Jaipur: In a bizarre incident of alleged dowry harassment from Rajasthan, a woman has claimed that her husband mistreated her for over a year and drew a tattoo on her forearm that said her father is a thief.
The woman said after she refused to give in to her in-laws' pressure, the family along with the husband forcefully got abusive words tattooed on the woman's hand.
"He asked me for a motorcycle and when I refused he threatened to kill me with a knife. He even sedated me before writing on my forearm", the victim added.
The father of victim has now claimed that the Alwar police did not take note of their earlier complaints for help following which they approached the Jaipur police.
