Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav on Sunday said farmers should come out from their farms and participate more in political activities.
Addressing a Dastkaar, Shilpkaar Vikas Sammelan, Yadav said with confidence and strong determination any poor person could reach the peak of development. He said the present SP government was committed towards farmers, workers and the poor. Mulayam said that all sections of the society were getting benefit from the welfare schemes of the Uttar Pradesh government without any discrimination.
He said sculptors, craftsmen and weavers had participated in the development of the country. From small things up to missile they had worked on all, but poverty still exist in this society and the SP government was making efforts to remove it.
Mulayam said that the state government had made arrangements to provide free power, irrigation, health and education facilities to the people.
