New Delhi: Google's current showcase Nexus phone the LG-Google Nexus 4 will be a year old in November and the news is that its successor - the Nexus 5 could very well make an arrival before October 2013 runs out.
Quoting a source, TechRadar reports that the Nexus 5 "will be announced and shipped in the last week of October." TechRadar also says that the Nexus 5 will be available at "half the price" of the iPhone 5S and will also "match the iPhone 5S."
While TechRadar's source did not elaborate upon what matching the iPhone 5S actually means, but it could be more storage (that the new Nexus 4 should obviously include) and maybe also a 64-bit processor. Inclusion of a fingerprint sensor, though, looks unlikely.
The Nexus 5 is expected to release at the same time as the next version of Google's Android operating system Android 4.4 KitKat.
