'Bunty Chor' had recently broken into a house of an NRI and stolen a luxury SUV worth Rs 28 lakh.
Pune: The notorious Delhi thief Bunty Chor was arrested on Saturday while he was checking into a hotel in Pune. Bangalore police had failed to nab him earlier this week.
Bunty had carried out a daring robbery in Thiruvananthapuram recently. He broke into a well-secured house of a non-resident Indian and stole a luxury SUV worth Rs 28 lakh, a laptop and two mobile phones.
He has over 200 cases registered in different states. Bunty has been a contestant of reality show Bigg Boss and has also inspired Abhay Deol-starrer movie - Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!
