New Delhi: US Democrat Presidential nominee, Senator Barak Obama has declared Pakistan's restive northwest region as a 'huge problem' for America.
Obama called upon Pakistan to extend more effective co-operation to get rid of the al-Qaeda safe haven along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
The Democrat Senator has had some tough words for Islamabad since last August on tracking down the al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
Obama has already said that if Washington had actionable intelligence it will strike unilaterally.
The Senator is scheduled to meet Pakistani Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani, soon to discuss the issue.
