BHUBANESWAR: The Orissa Model Tribal Education Society (OMTES) under the Department of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Development has gone online. The website of OMTES is intended to provide comprehensive information on its aims and activities. It provides information on the society, schemes, announcements, tenders, photo gallery and provides an interface to the citizens to give feedback.The citizens can see information on each of the Ekalavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) by visiting the website. The website also aims to be a single window to provide more citizen centric information and applications on the objectives of the society. The website will be made interactive soon which can be browsed by the students easily. They will be provided with detailed information about their examinations, results and marks. This website will be regularly updated for the information of public in general and parents and students in particular, said sources.
