RATNAGIRI: Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy temple management is mulling various development plans atop the hill shrine including construction of two pathways.
Temple executive officer K Ramachandra Mohan said that survey was under progress for the two pathways one from the back side of the high school to Centenary Guest house on the hills and the another from Pampa bathing ghat to tonsuring building. Proposals for the pathways will be sent to endowments commissioner soon for approval, he said.Briefing on the other development plans, the temple EO said they were planning to set up a parking place atop hills. To accommodate the devotees during festive seasons, he said construction works of 125 choultries are on at Satyagiri, which would be completed by Feb 2012.
