New Delhi: The one thing that has been and remains consistent in Amitabh Bachchan's acting career is his wife Jaya Bachchan. In 1969, Amitabh Bachchan made his debut with the film Saat Hindustani and was awarded with the National Film Award for Best Newcomer. However, his next few films didn't do much at the box-office, resulting in most heroines refusing to co-star with the actor.
