Professional Awards presented

BANGALORE: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India held its 5th Annual Awards and gave 18 Chartered Accountants the professional awards in various category.A press release from ICAI stated that the awards were given in three categories, CA Business Achiever, Chief Financial Officer and CA Professional Achiever. There were six awards in each category with leaders chosen from over 78 nominations from various industries such as manufacturing sector, financial sector, services sector, information technology, media and entertainment sector, telecom sector, healthcare sector, public sector, infrastructure and construction. Union Minister for Corporate Affairs India,  Veerappa Moily was present.The list includes,  T K Ananth Kumar (CFO - Public Sector), Kelki Mistry (Business Achiever - Financial Services), Chandrasekaran Ramakrishnan (Business Achiever - Corporate), Prabhakar Rao Bantwal (Business Achiever - SME), C M Sharma (Business Achiever - Global), Neeru Abrol (Business Achiever - Women), Hasmukhbhai Baldevbhai Patel (CFO - Manufacturing Sector), Ravi Venkatraman (CFO - Financial Sector), C P Toshniwal (CFO - Service Sector), Karandeep Singh (CFO - Information Technology), Sarwate Milind Shripad (CFO - FMCG Sector),  Devatha Prasad (CFO - Infrastructure and Construction), O K Balraj (CFO- Engineering and Capital Goods sector) and Vibha Padalkar (CFO - Women). Awards under Professional achiever category includes Siddhanta Goel (Manufacturing sector), S V Sunder Krishnan (Service sector) and Revati Parag Kasture (Women).
