Thiruvananthapuram: At a brain-storming session with Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and members of his cabinet here on Wednesday, adviser to the prime minister Sam Pitroda suggested 10 projects which he said can add to the state's growth.

Later addressing reporters, Pitroda said that he and his team will come up with a white paper on these projects in 90 days. "Of the 10, may be five could be possible, of which two or three could become a reality and if it happens, then the success rate is very good and it could well be good for the state," said Pitroda.

The projects include a coastal waterway, a full-fledged knowledge city and strengthening vocational education through information technology. "Funds for these projects will have to come through public-private-partnerships," added Pitroda, who is adviser to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on public information infrastructure and innovations.
