Samadhan Scheme from Tuesday

CHENNAI: Giving effect to the announcement made in the revised budget for 2011-12, the State government is introducing a Samadhan Scheme for a period of three months from November 1 for clearing the property documents pending before the Registration Department.Under the Samadhan scheme, the public can get back their pending registered documents by paying two-third of the difference of stamp duty in the Sub Registrar Office.
