Smriti Irani faces flak over 'mass failure' in DU examination

Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani is facing flak from students of Delhi University on Twitter over alleged mass failure in Sociology examination.

The students took to the website to voice their anger and concern over Delhi University's alleged inaction over the issue.

Replying to the students, Irani assured that officials from the HRD Ministry were in talks with the university administration.

At least 400 students have failed in Sociology. The students have claimed that the answer sheets were evaluated erroneously and demanded that the papers should be rechecked.
